WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
WE KNOW YOU WILL LOVE YOUR SWAG FROM KISER KIDS. HOWEVER, IN THE EVENT YOU NEED TO RETURN, SEE OUR RETURN POLICY BELOW.
UNWORN MERCHANDISE MAY BE RETURNED FOR A FULL REFUND (LESS SHIPPING) WITHIN 14 DAYS OF DELIVERY. PRODUCT MUST BE UNWORN AND FREE OF ANY DAMAGE. NO EXCEPTIONS. ALL RETURNED MERCHANDISE WILL BE INSPECTED FOR DAMAGE AND USE. RETURNED MERCH THAT DOES NOT MEET THE OUTLINED REQUIREMENTS WILL BE RETURNED TO SENDER WITHOUT REFUND.
RETURNED MERCHANDISE MUST BE IN ORIGINALLY SHIPPED PACKAGING.

WHAT IS YOUR SHIPPING POLICY?
PLEASE EXPECT TWO BUSINESS DAYS FOR YOUR ORDER TO BE PROCESSED. WE SHIP VIA USPS. DEPENDING ON YOUR LOCATION, YOU CAN EXPECT YOUR SWAG WITHIN 7-10 DAYS (POST PROCESSING) IN THE US. AT THIS TIME, WE ONLY OFFER DOMESTIC SHIPPING.
ALL ORDERS INCLUDE TRACKING. PLEASE ALLOW UP TO 48 HOURS AFTER SHIP FOR TRACKING TO BE AVAILABLE.

KISER KIDS CREATES CUSTOM ORDERS BY REQUEST. ALL CUSTOM ORDERS ARE ORIGINAL, HANDMADE, AND REQUIRE PRE-PAYMENT. CUSTOM ORDERS MAY TAKE UP TO 4 DAYS FOR PROCESSING. BULK ORDERS MAY INCUR ADDITIONAL PROCESSING TIME DEPENDING ON QUANTITY ORDERED.
CUSTOM ORDERS CAN ONLY BE CANCELED WITHIN 24 HOURS OF CHECKOUT. SINCE CUSTOM ORDERS ARE CREATED TO YOUR SPECIFICATIONS, REFUNDS WILL NOT BE HONORED ON ANY CUSTOM ORDES AFTER THE 24 HOUR GRACE PERIOD.

ALL KISER KIDS TEES ARE AVAILABLE IN THE FOLLOWING YOUTH SIZES: XSMALL, SMALL, MEDIUM, LARGE, XLARGE (SEE MEASUREMENT CHART BELOW). SOME STYLES HAVE EXTENDED SIZING. ALL SIZES ARE LISTED WITH EACH SKU. CUSTOM ORDERS HAVE SIZE FLEXIBILITY. IF YOU DESIRE A UNIQUE SIZE ON A CUSTOM ORDER, PLEASE INCLUDE THE SIZE ON THE APPLICABLE DROP DOWN BOX.

ONESIES ARE SOFT FEEL, RIBBED, 100% COTTON & HAVE REINFORCED THREE SNAP CLOSURES.
CARE INSTRUCTIONS: Wash your garment inside out in cold water. Do not use bleach or fabric softener. Tumble dry at low heat. Do not iron over the design.
